Agreement for Acceptances

I understand that as a Science Fellow, I will:

* Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25
* Perform five (5) hours of service per week if I am a first-year student, or six (6) hours of service per week if I am a sophomore, junior or senior student. Hours will be completed within the university or at another approved agency.
* Independent research is strongly encouraged.
