Joseph currently serves as an Assistant Professor in marketing, academic advisor for graduate business administration students (A-L), academic advisor for undergraduate adult degree completion students, and Faculty Advisor for Delta Mu Delta (national honor society in business administration) – Delta Kappa Chapter, in the College of Business & Health Administration at the University of St. Francis.
Joseph also works with community not-for-profit organizations on projects involving research in the areas of website form, function and utilization, marketing communications, communications and social media use and planning, volunteerism and fundraising, as well as client surveys to promote organizational performance improvement changes and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Joseph’s career experience includes higher education faculty, as well as business senior corporate leadership roles in customer service, inbound and outbound telemarketing sales, training, training program development, program assessment, skills training, technology training, operations, support, as well as process improvement consulting for-profit business and non-profit member-driven associations in the areas of training, sales, service, new customer acquisition data entry processing, back-end office processing, marketing fulfillment processing, as well as bank regulatory compliance in the areas of anti-money laundering, bank secrecy act, home mortgage disclosure act, to name a key few.
Joseph is a first-generation student and holds multiple degrees; an associate in liberal arts (AA), bachelor of business administration (BBA), a masters of business administration (MBA), a master of science in training and development (MSTD), and a (Ph.D.) in educational leadership for the advancement of learning and service.
Joseph is the past member and programs chair for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) – Valley of the Sun chapter, past board member and programs chair for the Northwest Indiana Society for Human Resource Management (NWI-SHRM), and current member of the Society of Human Resource management (SHRM) and American Marketing Association (AMA).
In his spare time Joseph enjoys travel, reading, outdoor activities in any season, and volunteering for various community organizations.
