We value our alumni and aim to provide them with valuable resources after graduation. USF’s alumni community enjoys exclusive access to a number of USF services, benefits and discounts.
USF values the loyalty of its large alumni network. Alumni are the best recruiters, after having been St. Francis students themselves and knowing all the good things they experienced as Saints. That said, we’ve established an alumni referral program to thank our alums for their ongoing support. If a graduate student applicant is referred by a USF alum and the student is accepted and enrolls in classes at USF, the student and the referring alum will each receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
When applying at stfrancis.edu/apply, the applicant should list their name and email address where prompted. Both the applicant and alum will receive their gift cards once the applicant has been accepted and has enrolled in classes.
Alumni receive FREE assistance with their job search, interview skills, resumes, cover letters, career counseling as well as a free Handshake account through the Career Success Center. If you are an employer, you can post positions through this office as well. (Go to stfrancis.joinhandshake.com to search for jobs, or go to app.joinhandshake.com to post positions.)
Alumni can maintain a FREE USF email account for life and retain portal access including Google Drive and library services. Contact the Alumni & Family Relations Office for more information.
Alumni are always welcome to use the USF library including various technological resources including checking out books, access to the online catalog, reference librarian assistance, FREE Wi-Fi and free printing on campus (up to $10) per semester. You are also encouraged to view the Archives which display USF photos and memorabilia on the second floor.
Alumni may celebrate their Catholic wedding inside the historically restored chapel in the Motherhouse as well as join us for daily mass. Additionally, you may submit a prayer intention or sign your school-aged children up for our “Pay It Forward” Summer Service Opportunity. Learn more about University Ministry
