50th Reunion Class Commencement Recognition

You are invited to join your graduating class of 1976 for a special 50th reunion luncheon on the second floor of the LaVerne & Dorothy Brown Science Hall (Outdoor Patio, Room D7612). This annual tradition welcomes graduates from the 50th honored year class back to campus each May. Alumni will be treated to lunch and will dress in full graduation regalia and process in our commencement ceremony where they will be honored with the current graduating class by USF President Ryan Hendrickson, Ph.D. We genuinely hope you will join us as we honor your class year and help make commencement even more special for the current graduates as we pay special tribute to your legacy.

At USF, we have a tradition of including and honoring classes celebrating their 50th class reunion during May commencement. This year’s reunion will be Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. to celebrate the 50th reunion of the class of 1976.

First, we’ll have a delightful brunch set-up in the second floor of the Brown Science Hall, where you can reminisce about your favorite USF memories. Following brunch, your class is invited to process down the aisle with the graduating class of 2026 in full graduation regalia and carrying an alumni banner. President Hendrickson will also formally recognize your class during the ceremony.
