Bonnie currently serves as an Associate Professor and Chair for degree completion and graduate programs and a business incubator in the College of Business and Health Administration at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. She also works with community organizations on projects involving research, needs assessment, strategic business planning, and electronic learning. Her career includes experience in corporate and higher education roles in training, sales, operations, and administration. Bonnie holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a masters of business administration (MBA), a masters in training and development, and an EdD in interdisciplinary leadership with a concentration in higher education. She is a past-president of the Illinois Council on Continuing Higher Education (ICCHE), a past chair for the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) Great Lakes Region, and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She manages a student-faculty blog at usftraining.com. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and volunteering for various community organizations.
