I’m curious about how clinical psychology interacts with other aspects of the human experience, such as faith/religion, nature and internet behavior. My most recent research includes brief interventions to increase wellness and the impact of faith on positive personal outcomes.

Classes Taught:

• General Psychology
• Abnormal Psychology: We discuss psychological disorders, possible causes and a variety of treatments.
• Lifespan Development
• Personality Psychology: The focus is on the variety of lenses through which we look at what makes humans similar to and different from one another.
• Introduction to Counseling Theories: Students participate in hands-on exercises while trying out a variety of helping skills.
