Advising & Registration: New Graduate Students

Welcome! We’re here to help you get registered as a new graduate student at the University of St. Francis. Your registration process will include the following activities:

  • Meeting with an academic advisor
  • Choosing and registering for classes
  • Securing the best classes needed to make sure you complete your program without delays
  • Learning what the next steps are

New Student Checklist

  • * To register, YOU MUST be admitted to the University of St. Francis.
  • Review your Financial Aid information
    Your financial aid information is available on the MyUSF portal. Look for To Do items and unsatisfied requirements in order to complete your file. For more detailed instructions use this flyer (LINK-to PDF included)
  • Order your textbooks for classes
    Each course you take may have a text book which need to be ordered prior to the start of each semester. The USF bookstore makes the process easy for you.
  • Request your USF Parking Permit
    If your classes meet at a USF campus during the daytime, please make sure you have your vehicle information available prior to visiting the website or security office (Make, Model, License plate #). You can pick up your parking permit at the Security Office.
  • Request your USF Student ID
    If your classes meet at a USF campus, please have your USF Student ID with you at all times.

There are virtual and phone appointment options to fit your needs. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation message indicating the date and time you selected along with further instructions. Select your discipline below and a scheduling calendar will appear—follow the prompts.
