I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and educator with extensive experience in community-based mental health, program development, and higher education leadership. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of St. Francis, where I currently serve as Director of Field Education and Teaching Instructor for the BSW and MSW programs. My academic and professional work focus on advancing trauma-informed practice, field education models, and equitable community partnership development.
With over twenty years in social services and organizational leadership, my experience bridges clinical social work, violence prevention, post-acute healthcare, and higher education. My areas of interest include trauma, systems-level care, relational wellbeing, and the application of culturally responsive and somatic-based modalities such as Brainspotting and CBT in professional practice. I am committed to supporting students, agencies, and emerging practitioners in developing ethical, reflective, and community-engaged approaches to social work.
