The Safety & Security Department provides a variety of services to the staff, faculty and students within the university community. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Foot and vehicle patrol of campus buildings and grounds
- First responders
- Escort services on and near campus upon request
- Investigation into complaints and reports
- Enforcement of university parking rules and regulations
- Provide directions
- Emergency motorist assistance including jump starts
- Wheelchair loans and assistance
- Open doors for authorized persons
- Shuttle to train or St. Bonaventure Campus when shuttle bus is not available
- Parking passes
- Processing lost and found items
- Provide and make available information relevant to the “Jeanne Clery Act”
- Emergency notifications
- Commuter lockers
- Alarm monitoring
- Activation of student ID cards
- Transportation
- Campus Emergency Preparedness
